Illusuak Cultural Centre Marketing Strategy

CES worked alongside the Illusuak Cultural Centre to develop a comprehensive marketing and promotion strategy utilizing CES’ Bold Brand approach. Developed through input from community members, the strategy provided the Cultural Centre with a customized action plan and tools to achieve success through marketing and promotion. The goal was to pave the way for the Illusuak Cultural Centre, located in Nain, to become a hub for the culture of the Labrador Inuit, and to promote tourism in Nunatsiavut.

In an ever-changing tourism industry, CES adapted and developed innovative ideas for an effective marketing strategy that not only caters to the needs and wants of tourists, but most of all, respects, preserves and promotes Labrador Inuit culture and people. This project provides the Illusuak Cultural Centre with a clear holistic path for marketing and promotion, as well as inspirations for virtual programming, with an estimated budget for all initiatives. Thanks to the community’s input, this marketing strategy aims to achieve powerful goals for the Illusuak Cultural Centre that will benefit all of Nain and beyond.
