Seine River First Nation Cultural Centre Business Plan

CES was hired to develop a business plan for Seine River First Nation (SRFN)’s cultural interpretive centre, which will be a vital part of the community’s infrastructure and a hub for capacity building, cultural preservation, environmental preservation, economic development, tourism development, and nation-building.

The original building that was constructed was not built to code and was unsafe for use. The project and funding were in jeopardy. As unforeseen circumstances presented themselves, CES was asked to manage and liaise with the government, architects, and contractors to revive the project beyond the original expectations on time and on budget. CES stepped in to turn a failing infrastructure project around, by assisting leadership through the entire project from vision, technical, legal, and financial planning all leading to a celebratory ribbon cutting.

“clinton and ces have been instrumental in helping develop our tourism vision and clinton is now considered an advisor to our community”
